The decision was taken at a review meeting chaired by Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal, a release said.
Sanjh Kendras are centres where people file their complaints, which are redressed in a limited time frame and they do not have to interact with police personnel.
Badal said to make Sanjh Kendras a permanent fixture, it has been decided to create a special cadre for it.
Punjab has 114 sanjh kendras at present.
The Union Home Ministry have sought details of the project from the Punjab government to replicate it in other states, the release said.
