Sukma Attack: Har CM visits slain CRPF jawan'shouse

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today visited the house of CRPF constable Ram Meher, who was killed in the naxal attack at Sukma in Chhatisgarh last month, and and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family.

The chief minister spoke to Mehar's father Puran Chand at Kheri Man Singh village here and other family members, an official release said.

Haryana minister Karan Dev Kamboj, who accompanied Khattar, apprised the chief minister on the demands of the family and villagers.

The demands include a statue of the CRPF constable, and a stadium, a road and a gate in his name, the release said.
 

The chief minister assured that these demands will be given due consideration.
