"Still I am not going (to attend parliament)," he told reporters here to a query.

Rao, who represents Eluru in coastal Andhra Pradesh in the Lok Sabha, is a five-time MP.

He has reportedly been upset with the Congress leadership since the reshuffle of Union Council of Ministers.

Though Sambasiva Rao did not air his views publicly, it is said that he was peeved over not being considered for inclusion in the Union Cabinet despite being a senior.

Though he reportedly met party president Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in the aftermath of the reshuffle, no positive statement came from him.

Meanwhile, Congress Lok Sabha member from Vijayawada L Rajagopal said he and other leaders are also feeling bad that the party could not give due recognition to Sambasiva Rao.

The party leadership, however, indicated that it could not accommodate Rao due to various reasons, Rajagopal said.

Rajagopal said he has asked Rao to attend Parliament session and the latter has agreed to come to Delhi.
