Jha and senior BJP leaders Nand Kumar Singh Chouhan, Kunwar Singh and Shardendu Tiwari failed to appear before the court despite repeated issuance of summons.
The order to paste the notice at their residences was passed by Additional Session Judge Manoj Kumar Shrivastava yesterday.
The judge also directed that the notice be published in newspapers.
