Sundaram BNP Paribas Home Finance has reported a 14.5 per cent jump in its net profit at 113.31 crore for the nine month period ended December 31.
The company, a subsidiary of city-based non-banking finance company Sundaram Finance Ltd, had reported net profits at Rs 98.94 Crore during the corresponding period of previous year, Sundaram BNP Paribas Home Finance said in a statement.
Sundaram BNP Paribas Home Finance is a 50.1 per cent and 49.9 per cent joint venture between Sundaram Finance Ltd and BNP Paribas.

The total loan portfolio under management crossed Rs 6,900 crore during the nine month period ending December 31 last, it said.
Total disbursements for the nine month period ending December rose by 3.65 per cent to Rs 1,960.05 crore from Rs 1,891 Crore in the year ago period.
"With real estate players announcing a drop in the property prices, we are hopeful of a pickup on the demand front this year," Sundaram BNP Paribas Home Finance, Managing Director, Srinivas Acharya said.
