Sunny day in the national capital

It was a sunny day in the national capital today with the maximum temperature settling at 29.8 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the year.

The minimum temperature was recorded at 16.1 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average, said an official of meteorological department.

Humidity in air oscillated between 50 and 94 per cent.

The MeT office has predicted partly cloudy skies for tomorrow.

"The skies will be partly cloudy. There will be shallow to moderate fog in the morning. The maximum and minimum temperature is expected to hover around 30 and 16 degrees Celsius, respectively," the weatherman said.
 

Yesterday, the maximum temperature settled at 28.1 degrees Celsius while the minimum was recorded at 17.3 degrees Celsius.
