Bollywood actress Soha Ali Khan says Sunny Deol, with whom she will star in "Ghayal Once Again", is an intense actor and a phenomenal director.

"Sunny sir is a phenomenal director, because I have seen him working with young kids, which requires a lot of patience and he is good at that," Soha told PTI in an interview here during the launch of a Titan product.

She was accompanied by actor-husband Kunal Khemu at the event.

"As far his (Sunny's) acting is concerned, I am no one to comment on it. He is a huge star and has been certainly for the last 25 years. He is as passionate and intense actor as he is in the role of a director," she added.

Soha is paired opposite the 57-year-old actor in the film which has been directed by Deol himself and is a sequel of 1990 super hit movie "Ghayal".

Soha said this was the first time she is working with Deol, adding she always dreamt of working with him.

"It has been fantastic experience working with him (Deol) with someone you know - watching his films when I was growing up. I didn't think I would have an opportunity to work with him," she said.

Soha is playing a doctor's role. "What I like about the film is that it is very contemporary and relevant," she said.

Asked how she would rate Deol as a better director or an actor, she said, "It is very difficult to do both. I can't imagine how is he doing both, especially because it is so intense."

"Ghayal Once Again" is set for a Diwali release. Om Puri, Prachi Desai and Tisca Chopra also star in the film.

Asked whether she has any film offer to star with her husband Kunal, Soha said she has none at the moment, but would love to work with him.

"Right now, there are no scripts that have come to me. I would like to work with Kunal, not because he is my husband, but he is a very good actor," Soha said.
