Actress Melissa Benoist, who plays DC heroine Kara Zor-El, met a young troupe of girl scouts on the set her upcoming TV series "Supergirl".

The "Glee" star, 26, took to Instagram and posted pictures of the six-year-old girls, with one hand on their waist and the other raised above like superheroes, reported Entertainment Weekly.

"The Super Girl Scouts of Oklahoma dropped by National City today... And I'm pretty sure we had a good time," she wrote alongside the picture.

The actress showed them the pilot episode of "Supergirl", and popped out from behind the curtain to greet and take pictures with her adorable fans.

"The Supergirls", as the troupe calls themselves, is a group of Girl Scout Daisies from the Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma.

Benoist had earlier surprised a gathering of nearly 400 mothers and daughters at a special screening.

Supergirl is the biological cousin to Superman and one of the last surviving Kryptonians.

The show is scheduled to premiere on October 26.
