Suraj Chand, Aditya Jagtap win titles

Suraj Chand and Aditya Jagtap bagged the boys' under-17 and men's titles respectively in the Indian Squash Professional (ISP)-organised JVPG-SRAM Winter Squash Open 2016 here today.

In the boys' final, the top-seeded Chand, with some steady play, got the better of second seed Deepak Mandal in four games, winning at 11-7 11-3 8-11 11-6 to emerge victorious.

The men's summit clash between top seed Jagtap and joint 3/4 seed Aishwary Singh witnessed a keen tussle before the latter hit some consistent winners to gradually take control and win 11-8 11-7 11-6 to clinch the top honours.

Yuvraj Wadhwani claimed the boys' under-13 singles crown recording a 11-2 11-3 11-2 win over Mihit Mahale.
