The first phase of Rajasthan BJP's 'Suraj Sankalp Yatra', aimed at seeking public mandate in the upcoming Rajasthan Assembly polls, will culminate in Udaipur tomorrow after covering 1,279 kms across 24 Assembly constituencies.
The Yatra led by state BJP President Vasundhara Raje will culminate with a public meeting to be attended by former BJP president Nitin Gadkari.
"The last meeting of Suraj Sankalp Yatra's first phase will take place tomorrow in Udaipur and Gadkari will be its chief guest," party state vice president Arun Chaturvedi said today.

In the first phase of the yatra, which began on April 4 from Charbhuja temple in Rajsamand, Raje addressed 30 public meetings in Rajsamand, Udaipur, Dungarpur, Banswara, Pratapgarh and Chittorgarh districts.
On Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot's comment that Raje does not know the meaning of Suraaj (good governance), Chaturvedi said, "The CM says that Raje does not know the meaning of 'Suraaj' but the fact is that Congress despite its long rule failed to deliver good governance. It is Congress which did nothing for people."
He alleged people in tribal areas in Banswara and nearby areas are still deprived of basic infrastructure like road, power and health care facilities.
The Assembly elections are due in the state later this year.
