A suspension of work notice was today issued by the Alchrome Chemicals Industries at Kalyani Industrial Estate in Nadia district of the state.
The notice was issued for the alleged hindrances by the workers to supply the finished products of the factory, a company official said.
The Suspension of Work has affected 105 workers, including 35 permanent ones.
The conflict between the workers and the management broke out over demand for increased puja bonus, the official said.
