Suzanne Cryer joins sitcom 'Silicon Valley'

Actress Suzanne Cryer has joined the cast of American sitcom 'Silicon Valley' as a new regular.

The series focuses on six young men who found a startup company in Silicon Valley. Cryer, 48, will play Laurie Bream, a managing partner at Raviga Capital on the series, reported Deadline.

She replaces Rebecca Creskoff, who was originally cast for the role in October.

The regular cast includes Thomas Middleditch, TJ Miller, Zach Woods, Kumail Nanjiani, Martin Starr, Amanda Crew, Josh Brener, Matt Ross and Jimmy Ouyang.

The upcoming season two of the show will premiere on April 12.
