Swan Energy Ltd is planning to raise up to Rs 1,200 crore through issue of securities and other instruments.
The company will seek shareholders' nod at its Annual General Meeting "to raise capital through QIP/GDR/ADR/FCCB up to an amount not exceeding Rs 1,200 crore," Swan Energy said in filing to BSE.
"The board of directors of the company have fixed the date 21st September, 2016 for the 108th Annual General Meeting (AGM)...," the filing said.
