Four more persons succumbed to swine flu in Rajasthan, raising the toll of disease-related deaths to 423 in the state since January this year, an official said today.
Of the 6,606 people found positive for the H1N1 virus in the state, 423 people have died till yesterday, an official of the State Medical Health Directorate said here.
Swine flu deaths occurred in all districts of Rajasthan except Dholpur and Sirohi even though H1N1 positive cases were reported from these two districts, he added.
Jaipur recorded the maximum deaths of 85 followed by Ajmer 45, Jodhpur 33, Nagaur 31, Barmer 23, Kota 20, Udaipur 15, Chittorgarh 14, Bhilwara and Tonk 13 each, Sikar and Pali 12 each, Jhunjhunu 11, Churu 9, Bikaner 8, Bharatpur, Dausa, Rajsamand and Banswara 6 each, and Alwar 5.
