Swine flu claims ninth victim in Bhopal

A 32-year-old man, who worked as a cameraman with a local news channel, died of swine flu here, hospital sources said today.

The deceased, Santosh Joshi, had been admitted to a private hospital about a fortnight back and was diagnosed with swine flu.

Joshi, who was on a ventilator, succumbed to the H1N1 virus yesterday, they said.

According to the health authorities, Joshi was the ninth swine flu victim in Bhopal this year.
