Equating his switch-over from one character, its looks and traits to another with film journalists questioning one film actor to another of a different genre, superstar Prosenjit Chatterjee says it is hard but not impossible to don different roles in back to back films.

"Yes from Badal in Goutam Ghosh's Sankhochil to Srijit Mukherjee next upcoming project, things are becoming a bit rushed up but right now I am steeped into the role of a border-area man, bearing the brunt of the partition and Goutam da always extracts the role of a marginalised from me," Prosenjit told PTI on the outdoor sets of Sankhochil.

"It's like you interviewing me at one set and then rushing to another set to interview someone else on a single day," he quipped.

The Tollywood SRK, having done shots along the Indo-Bangla riverine border in vintage-era country boats with Bangladeshi artiste Kusum, said, "From Moner Manush to Chander Pahar and definitely in the upcoming Sankhochil, it's the rich literary traditions of Bengal which have proved to be the winners dictating the storyline of several modern Bengali films having been accepted by the audiences."

Prosenjit, who is keen to shot in the other frontiers in coming days, said film making has now become serious business for benchmark projects with so much effort given to add realism to every single frame.

"For instance in Sankhochil we are using five cameras in outdoors shots and it will reflect on the screen with Goutam Ghosh's magic cinematography," Prosenjit whose nIdeas Creations is producing the film with Ashirbad Chalochittra in Bangladesh, said.

Director Goutam Ghosh said "We will also shoot along the zero point which falls across the river.
