BJP state President Dilip Ghosh today said a piquant political situation has emerged in West Bengal where sworn enemies in the past-Congress and CPI(M) were now exploring possibility to form a poll alliance.
"It is strange that the two sworn enemies are now sending alliance proposals. A strange political situation has emerged in West Bengal," Ghosh told reporters here.
The senior BJP leader termed the present law and order situation in state as indescribable, worse than the "previous 34 years of CPI(M) misrule."
