TV presenter Maria Menounos said Sylvester Stallone's on-screen character Rocky Balboa helped beat cancer.
The 39-year-old anchor had a benign tumour the size of a golf ball removed in June.
Menounos said the action star's speech in the 2006 movie "Rocky Balboa" helped her remain positive after her diagnosis, reported TMZ.

"So no matter what hits you in life, you've got to get up, you gotta find the positives and find the blessing in it. Even the bleakest of things, there are blessings. And surround yourself with amazing people that will lift you up.
