Dutch actress Sylvia Hoeks is the latest celebrity to join the much-anticipated sequel to "Blade Runner".
Film's original star Harrison Ford is returning to the sequel as Rick Deckard while Ryan Gosling, Dave Bautista and Robin Wright are the newcomers in the franchise.
Denis Villeneuve, best known for "Sicario", is directing the follow-up to Ridley Scott's 1982 sci-fi touchstone, based on Philip K Dick's novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep.

Hampton Fancher and Michael Greenwith penned the sequel, which will be set several decades after the original film, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Hoeks has mostly appeared in Dutch and European projects like "Tirza".
Her next project is Luc Besson-written "The Lake", starring Oscar-winner J K Simmons and Sullivan Stapleton.
