The Telangana government today announced a cash award of Rs 25 lakh to athletics coach from the state Nagapuri Ramesh as part of its policy to encourage sports-persons.
State Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao signed a file sanctioning the cash award to Ramesh, a recipient of Dronacharya award, a release from the CMO said here.
