T'gana to appoint panel on measures to prevent adulteration

Telangana Health Minister C Lakshma Reddy today decided to appoint a committee of exports to study ways to strengthen existing systems on prevention of adulteration of essential items.

Reddy, who held a meeting with officials on the growing menace of adulteration of essential items of public consumption, said a committee would appointed on the issue, according to a state government release.

The decision came amid reports of adulteration of various items of public consumption, it said.
