30-year-old Vijaymala Mahadev Patekar, who worked as a sugarcane cutting labourer, died on May 18 after an abortion conducted at the clinic run by the doctor couple in Parli tehsil.
Earlier, the doctor couple and woman's husband Mahadev Patekar were booked on charges of causing death due to negligence.
Parli city police inspector Ramrao Gadekar told the court that the couple was absconding and sought permission to issue a non-bailable arrest warrant against the duo.
The court also sent the victim's husband to judicial custody till June 6.
