The father of Dalit teenage girl, who was killed after being pushed out of a moving bus two days ago, today declined Punjab government's compensation and job offer and sought an FIR against Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal.

Earlier, talks between Punjab government representatives and the family of the girl failed. The kin have refused to perform last rites of the girl and her body is kept in a mortuary.

"I want justice. I want justice for my daughter. FIR should be registered against those whom the bus belonged to," victim's father told reporters here.

When asked whether he wanted registration of FIR against Sukhbir Badal, he said, "FIR can be lodged against him (Sukhbir) after all he is a human being."

"Is there nobody in the world who can lodge FIR against him (Sukhbir)," he questioned. "The government says if anybody commits crime, he should be punished whether he is a President or anybody else," he said.

Asked whether he accepted the government's offer of Rs 20 lakh compensation and government job, he said, "Neither I want money nor government job. I only want justice.
