ULFA pro-talk faction chairman Arabinda Rajkhowa today claimed that the discussion on the extradition of its leader Anup Chetia, who is in jail in Bangladesh, was over.
"The discussion is almost over for extradition of Chetia. Only a few formalities are left," Rajkhowa told reporters here after a meeting of its leaders. He, however, did not say when Chetia was likely to be brought to India.
Asked about his reported difference with ULFA military chief Paresh Barua, Rajkhowa said, "At personal level, I do not have any difference with him. We pro-talk people enjoy very good relations with him."
