Hardline Hurriyat Conference chairman Syed Ali Shah Geelani today said talks within Indian Constitution for resolution of Kashmir were not acceptable.
"We don t accept the Indian Constitution at all. So talks within its framework is out of question," the separatist leader, who is under house arrest, said while addressing a rally in south Kashmir over telephone.
Referring to the statement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi about talks on Kashmir, Geelani said, "Talks under the Indian Constitution is nothing but a wastage of time and it has been going on for the last seven decades.
