Hollywood star Taraji P Henson has fired her manager, Vincent Cirrincione, following claims of sexual misconduct against him.
The actor, in an Instagram post, said she was "shocked and offended" to hear the news about Cirrincione, reported Variety.
"I feel saddened, disappointed and ashamed. The news about my Manager Vincent Cirrincione has shocked, hurt, and offended and yet again put professional women in a position to not trust the men they work with. Everyone knows how difficult this Industry has been for women and my hope is that all of these unspeakable events ignite true change in the treatment of women in this entertainment business," she wrote.

A Washington post article detailed allegations of sexual harassment against Cirrincione from nine women.
"I feel saddened, disappointed and ashamed. We deserve better. THIS HAS TO STOP!!!," she wrote.
The nine women who have accused the manager said he promised to launch their careers in exchange for sexual favours while highlighting his role in the career of Hanson and Halle Berry.
Cirrincione denied the allegations.
Berry also took to Instagram to express her support for the women.
"I'm deeply hurt and I want these women and countless others to know I see you. I hear you. You matter. I will fight for you," she wrote.
Henson is one of the leads on hit TV series "Empire" that airs in India on Star World.
