Tata Capital to raise Rs 300 crore from debentures

It will issue unsecured, non-convertible, perpetual debentures on a private placement basis

Tata Capital Financial Services said Saturday it proposes to raise Rs 300 crore from debentures to fund its growth.

The board has given approval to the company for issuing unsecured, non-convertible, perpetual debentures of up to Rs 300 crore on a private placement basis, Tata Capital Financial Services said in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges.

The fund may be raised in one or more tranches, it added.
