Home-grown auto major Tata Motors today said it has delivered 50 new buses to Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC).
The new delivery is a part of the larger order of 1,385 buses bagged by Tata Motors earlier this year, the company said in a statement.
"The next generation fleet of connected buses introduced today reiterates our commitment towards delivering world-class mobility solutions to the smart cities of tomorrow. We will continue to partner with STUs (state transport undertakings) across the country to enhance end user needs...," company's Head-Sales and Marketing-Passenger, Commercial Vehicle Business Unit, Sandeep Kumar, said.
