Tata Power takes initiative to donate winter clothes to poor

With an aim to create awareness about the winter related hardships faced by the underprivileged sections of the society, the Tata Power Delhi Distribution today Launched 'Hands of Warmth' Drive and urged people to donate winter clothes to the needy.

The campaign is being run on Tata Power-DDL's official social media channels.

People can share their experience of sharing the warmth with the ones in need and stand a chance to be featured on the page as well as win gift vouchers, said a statement issued by the company.

Speaking about the initiative, Praveer Sinha, CEO and MD, Tata Power-DDL said, "Year after year, Tata Power - DDL has been actively contributing towards the betterment of the underprivileged section of the society through its various Social Innovation initiatives.
 

"I am sure more and more people will join us in this noble initiative by donating spare woollen clothes.
