Tata Steel Noamundi Hospital has been conferred with the 'Prime Time Global Healthcare Excellence Awards 2016' under the category of "Best Patient Centric Hospital in Jharkhand".
The award was received by Dr Dhirendra Kumar, Chief Medical Officer, Noamundi Hospital, from Amar Singh, Member of Rajya Sabha and Samajwadi Party Leader at an award ceremony in New Delhi recently, a Tata Steel press release said here today.
Expressing happiness on receiving the award, Pankaj Satija, General Manager (Ore, Mines & Quarries), Tata Steel said, "Healthcare for the community is one of the thrust areas for our company's social involvements. This honor will significantly propel us to set higher benchmarks and live up to our commitment to society".
