Pop star Taylor Swift, known for her sweet gestures for fans, invited a seven-year-old autistic boy to her concert and met a follower suffering from cystic fibrosis.

The 25-year-old "Shake it Off" hitmaker invited Jacob Velazquez, a piano prodigy, who was diagnosed with Autism three years ago, to her concert after she saw his medley of her songs on the piano, reported E! Online.

"@JacobsPiano I HAVE to give you a hug for that beautiful piano medley you did! Please come to a show on my tour and say hi to me. My treat," the singer tweeted.

Swift also met 26-year-old fan Tiffany Rich, who is currently waiting for a double lung transplant for cystic fibrosis, at her San Francisco concert after Rich posted a photo, which caused the hashtag #Lungs4Tiff to go viral.

"I cried tears of joy. My dream was going to come true because of all the love and support of people re-tweeting, reposting, and sharing my photo. It was a feeling that I could never describe...

"I had butterflies in my stomach before I went in there. When I saw her I gave her a big hug and talked to her about my post." Rich said.
