Global advertising agency TBWA today announced top management changes in India, appointing Philip Brett as Chairman of TBWA India Group and Vineet Bajpai as CEO with immediate effect.
In order to more closely align the India Group with TBWA\ Worldwide, Philip Brett, TBWA's President of South and Southeast Asia, is named Chairman of TBWA\India Group, the company said in a statement.
The firm's head of its digital arm MAGNON TBWA Vineet Bajpai has been named as CEO for the entire TBWA India Group with immediate effect, it added.

Commenting on the changes, TBWA Group International President Keith Smith said: "We are now very focused on driving our integrated offering in India forward and accelerating its growth. We are delighted that Vineet will be leading this offering."
The management restructure in India is very much in line with TBWA's structures in major markets around the world, where the leadership team's responsibilities cover a range of different communication disciplines, Smith added.
Bajpai had founded MAGNON and lead it for over 14 years and after its acquisition by TBWA in 2012 and he spent last 15 months working closely with Global advertising agency's offices at Mumbai, Delhi, Los Angeles, New York, Singapore and Dubai.
The other appointments include that of Nirmalya Sen who is now President of Advertising for the TBWA India Group and Parixit Bhattacharya, as the Chief Creative Officer for the Group.
While Nitin Naresh has been appointed as Managing Director of the domestic digital agency, MAGNON\TBWA, Vivek Merani, has is now Managing Director of MAGNON E-Graphics. Ketan Desai has been designated as Managing Director of The Integer Group India and Manosh Mukherjee as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the company.
