Logistics solutions provider Transport Corporation of India (TCI) today reported a 10.65 per cent growth in its net profit to Rs 18.90 crore for the quarter ended December 2015.
TCI had reported a net profit of Rs 17.08 crore for the third quarter of the last fiscal.
However, its total income from operations declined marginally to Rs 551.46 crore during the October-December quarter as against Rs 555 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a statement.

For April-December period, the company reported a net profit of Rs 60.96 crore as against Rs 54.44 crore during the nine month period of the previous fiscal.
TCI is one of the leading domestic integrated supply chain and logistics solutions providers.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 252.65 ascrip, up 1.40 per cent from the previous close on the BSE.
