An expelled school teacher was today arrested for allegedly threatening a District Inspector of School (DIOS) here, police said.
SSP Subhash Singh Baghel said that on January 31, DIOS Anil Kumar Mishra had given a complaint to police that the accused Ravi Bharat Chikara had visited his residence in Magal Pande Nagar area and allegedly used abusive language and got into brawl with him.
The investigation in the matter was underway and this morning Chikara, the former secretary of Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shikshak Sangh (UPMSS), was arrested from Rohata road when he was trying to flee, the SSP said.
