A school teacher was booked today for allegedly beating a 15-year-old girl for not doing her homework.
The girl collapsed after she was thrashed by the teacher, identified as Ajay Kumar, a police official said.
A case has been registered against Kumar under relevant sections of the IPC on the police complaint lodged by the girl's father.
