IT services firm Tech Mahindra today said it has secured an engineering solutions deal with Canadian aerospace and transportation company Bombardier.
Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.
In a statement today, Tech Mahindra said: "It has signed an agreement with Bombardier Aerospace. As part of this engagement, Tech Mahindra will provide engineering solutions to Bombardier."

"Tech Mahindra plans to invest significantly in infrastructure and talent in the Montreal (Canada) region. Tech Mahindra aims to grow its Canada team to 1,200 people in the next five years," the country's fifth largest software services firm said.
The firm had said recently that it plans to create jobs in Canada and aims to develop an eco-system to grow local economy. The firm has been present in the region since 2005 and has been servicing key clients across North America.
"This is a major win for Tech Mahindra. Our deep domain expertise in Aerospace and Engineering coupled with the ambition of growing Canada as an aerospace headquarters will be beneficial for our North American and Global customers," Tech Mahindra Head (North America) Lakshmanan Chidambaram said.
Bombardier Aerospace VP and Chief Procurement Officer Kristopher Pinnow said the company's focus will be on supporting more efficiently the existing platforms while developing newer products in a cost effective manner.
