CPGCPL taking steps to set up power plant in Tamil Nadu * Cauvery Power Generation Chennai Pvt Ltd (CPGCPL), a group company of Elango Industries Ltd, is initiating steps to set up 1X180 MW thermal power plant in Tamil Nadu.
"CPGCPL, a group company of Elango Industries Ltd, is initiating steps to set up a thermal power plant... At the existing site at Billakuppam Village in Gummidipoondi Taluk in the state of Tamil Nadu for which a tender for EPC for a value of not less than Rs 500 crore will be floated by CPGCPL shortly," Elango Industries Ltd said in a regulatory filing.
