A teenaged girl was allegedly beaten up by her neighbour when she resisted his attempt to molest her, police said today.
The youth allegedly barged into the 14-year-old girl's house in Nandnagri area here last night and misbehaved with her, a senior police official said.
The girl was beaten up by the neighbour when she resisted his attempt to molest her, he added.
A case has been registered and efforts are on to nab the 24-year-old accused, who is on the run.
