Nawanshahr tehsildar Vipan Bhandari today reached his office allegedly in an inebriated condition.
This infuriated the public present there as they were made to wait for him the entire day. The local people reportedly approached the deputy commissioner who then sent the SDM there.
Deputy Commissioner Vipul Ujwal said he had received the complaint and action would be taken against the official after an enquiry.
