The 19-year-old from Aurangabad shot a total of 592 and was involved in a three-way tie with Germany's Jaqueline Orth and Italy's Jennifer Messaggiero for the second spot, but won the silver for being more closer to 10 shots.

The gold went to Jolyn Beer of Germany while Orth took the bronze.

Supported by LAKSHYA-SSK, a sports NGO sponsored by SSK Infotech, yesterday's silver medal in Suhl was Mule's second on the tour.

The Guns for Glory academy trainee had won the bronze in 50m rifle 3-position at the 22nd Meeting of Shooting Hopes championship at Plezn, Czech Republic.

The medal winning performance also helped Mule overcome the disappointment of losing out on a podium finish in the 10m Air Rifle event on Friday.

Having shot 399 in the qualification round, Mule was the favourite to clinch the gold, but faltered in the final to finish in the fourth position.
