Adilabad district in Telangana today recorded the highest maximum temperature of 45.5 degrees Celsius.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned that heatwave conditions are very likely to prevail at some places in the state tomorrow.
Nizamambad and Ramagundam districts recorded 45 degrees Celsius each, followed by Nalgonda 44.4 and Medak 44.3. Hyderabad recorded 43 degrees Celsius temperature, the IMD said.
The Met department also forecast light to moderate rain or thundershowers at isolated places in the state over the next four days.
