The Telangana Assembly today appreciated the makers of "Baahubali" for becoming the first Telugu film to win the coveted National award.
Speaking in the Assembly, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao congratulated the unit of "Baahubali" for it being the first Telugu flick to win the National award for best feature film.
His appeal to appreciate the filmmakers was supported by thumping of desks by all the members.

"Baahubali" star Rana Daggubati said, "I am thrilled. We took a risk and attempted something different with it. Now with this award we feel honoured.
