Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has congratulated Jharkhand Mukti Morcha chief Hemant Soren for the JMM-Congress alliance's victory in the Assembly polls.
An official release said on Monday Rao recalled the support extended by Hemant and his father Shibu Soren for the separate Telangana movement.
Rao conveyed his heartfelt wishes to Hemant Soren who is set to take over as chief minister.
