Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari, who was recently elected to the state Legislative Council, resigned as MP from Warangal Lok Sabha constituency today.
"I met Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan this evening and tendered my resignation. As I was elected to Telangana Legislative Council on June 1, I have resigned as Member of Parliament," Srihari said here.
