Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today directed officials to appoint a committee to study the problems faced by women in the society and ways to prevent them.
He asked the state DGP to study the possibilities for establishing a women police station in every police sub-division and bringing laws to check trafficking of women and foetal deaths, an official release said.
Rao has also directed appointing special teams to identify those who harass women, the release added.
