The Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) today launched a mobile app for entrepreneurs to access information about vacant plots available for allotment for setting up an enterprise and obtain other services.
The entrepreneurs can see the vacant plots, its extent, boundaries, price of the plot, distance from airport, road connectivity from the mobile app since all the industrial parks are developed in GIS module, a government release said.
Entrepreneurs can apply for the building plan approval from the mobile itself and also make the payments online for the plot allotment and also building plan fee, it said.
The procedure for allotment of land, timelines, criteria for evaluation can be accessed from the mobile app. The online payment gateway which will enable the entrepreneurs to pay the land cost, property tax and other charges online would also be incorporated in the mobile app, the release added.
