Telangana to set up 21 new degree colleges for tribal students

The Telangana government today decided to set up 21 new degree colleges for tribals students.

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today took a decision to this effect in consultation with minister A Chandulal, MLAs and others, a release from his office said.

The 21 degree colleges for STs would be set at Kothagudem (for girls), Khammam (girls), Manuguru (boys), Mahabubabad (girls), Mulugu (girls), Maripeda (boys), Jangaon (girls), Adilabad (boys), Utnoor (girls), Asifabad (girls), Nizamabad (girls), Kamareddy (boys),Sangareddy (boys), Medak (girls), Rangareddy (girls), Mahbubnagar (girls), Nagarkurnool (boys), Suryapet (girls), Devarakonda (girls), Siricilla (girls) and Karimnagar (boys), the release added.
