Mercury fell by 1 to 5 degrees at several places across Rajasthan after rainfall due to the western disturbances.
Bikaner recorded 10.6 mm rainfall, followed by 8.6 mm in Dabok, 4.8 in Churu, 2 in Kota, 1.1 in Jodhpur and 0.8 mm in Ajmer since this morning till 5.30 PM.
Till this evening since yesterday, various places in the state recorded 1 to 4 cm rainfall.

Rawatbhata recorded 4 cm rainfall, followed by 3 cm each in Jhalarapatan, Bhainsroadgarh and Khanpur, 2 cm each in Swai Madhopur, Sangod and Pungal, and 1 cm each in Pirawa, Manohar Thana, Khajuwala and Sujangarh each.
Barmer was hottest in the state with maximum temperature of 41.6 degrees Celsius followed by 41 in Jaisalmer, 39.4 in Kota, 38.8 in Jodhpur, 37.8 in Dabok, 37.6 in Jaipur, 37.4 in Ajmer, 36.5 in Churu, 35.6 in Bikaner, 34.9 and 33.3 in Sriganganagar respectively.
The MeT department has predicted dust storm or thunderstorm with rainfall at many places in east Rajasthan and isolated places in western parts of the state.
The weathermen have warned of thunder storm accompanied with gusty winds at isolated places in east Rajasthan.
