Temperature rises marginally in Bihar

Temperatures climbed marginally in Patna and other parts of Bihar today.

Patna recorded traces of rainfall. The temple town of Gaya got 3.8 mm of rains, Bhagalpur 6.7 mm in and Purnea 6 mm, a MeT office bulletin said.

The maximum temperature in Patna settled at 34.8 deg C. Gaya had a high of 33.5, while it was 33.4 deg C in Bhagalpur and 33.2 deg C in Purnea.

Humidity was recorded at 89 per cent in Patna. It was 77 per cent in Gaya, 86 per cent in Bhagalpur and 86 per cent in Purnea, the bulletin said.

The state weather office forecast generally cloudy sky with a possibility of rain or thunders in Patna and other places in the next 24 hours.
