The mishap took place as a speeding jeep lost control and hit the labourers while they going for work, the police said.
The injured were taken to the Primary Health Centre (PHC) at Hanuman Nagar where the doctors referred two of the injured to the PMCH at Patna and the DMCH at Darbhanga, he said.
The driver escaped.
